Starting January 1, 2025, ESHYFT is rolling out an exciting new 401(k) plan for eligible nurses. As part of our commitment to providing financial security and long-term savings opportunities, all nurses who qualify will be automatically enrolled in this new 401(k) program, with a contribution set at 10%.
The auto-enrollment feature ensures that nurses are set up for retirement savings without having to take any immediate action. However, nurses who prefer not to participate in the 401(k) plan can easily opt-out. It's a simple step to ensure your savings align with your preferences.
For nurses who inadvertently miss the opportunity to opt-out and are auto-enrolled in the plan, don’t worry! They have a 90-day window from the enrollment date to request a refund of their contributions.
