ESHYFT runs eligibility reports twice a year - once in January and once in July.
What we look for is:
Who has worked 1,000 hours or more with ESHYFT in the past year.
And if they have been with ESHYFT for at least a year.
Nurses who meet those eligibility requirements will receive notice from ESHYFT that they can enroll.
You can choose to either auto-enroll in the plan or enroll through John Hancock, following these instructions.
If you would prefer not to participate in a retirement plan, you can also opt-out following these instructions.
