How will I be notified that I have been invited to a shift?
When you are invited to a shift you will receive a push notification if you are outside the app, or an in-app notification if you're in the app. You will then be able to click on that notification and it will redirect you to the "INVITED" tab in the "MY SHIFTS" screen. You can also navigate to the "INVITED" tab in the "MY SHIFTS" screen through the app.
In the "INVITED" tab, you can see all the shifts you have been invited to, along with how soon the invitation will be expiring. This list is automatically sorted by expiry time: soonest to latest.
Accepting or refusing an Invited Shift
To accept or refuse an Invited Shift, swipe left on the shift to reveal the "Refuse Invite" and "Accept Invite" buttons. Or click on the shift to see the shift details and accept or refuse it from this screen.
If you accept the shift, you will see a pop up that confirms you have booked the shift. The shift will also appear in the "CONFIRMED" tab of the "MY SHIFTS" screen.
If you select "Refuse Invite," a pop up will appear asking you why you are refusing the shift. Your reasoning WILL NOT be shared with the facility.
