We’re excited to offer a free monthly subscription for Telehealth, Acute RX, and On-Demand Counseling through BasiCare®.

Limited eligibility begins May 25th 2025 for starting coverage on July 1st 2025. Eligibility is limited to New Jersey and Minnesota

Benefits include:

Eligibility & Enrollment:

  1. To enroll: Submit this form (one-time)

  2. To Qualify: Work 15 shifts between the 25th of the this month and the 24th of the next month to qualify*.

    Coverage starts the following month and stays active as long as you qualify each month. If you don’t qualify, your subscription ends at the end of the month, but will reactivate when you qualify again.

  • Virtual Urgent Care – $0 copay, 24/7 access to board-certified physicians via phone or video.

  • Acute Rx Medications – $0 copay on most acute care medications, covered at 70,000+ pharmacies nationwide.

  • On-Demand Counseling – $0 copay for Mental health, legal, and financial counseling with master’s-level professionals available 24/7 at no cost.

Activation

You can activate your account using one of these 3 methods. Use the email address you have on file with ESHYFT to complete your registration.

Dependents

Add your dependents as soon as possible, as it can take up to 3 days to activate. Add your dependents to the following 2 places. Your member number is in the email you received from BasiCare.

Reactivations

When requalifying (by working 15 shifts in a future month), your subscription will automatically be reactivate. Simply log back in to the Recuro app to continue using your benefits - there is no need to re-enroll with the form or re-activate with BasiCare.

Is This Health Insurance?

No. BasiCare is NOT Insurance. It is a telehealth subscription meant to be used in non emergency situations. BasiCare Plus® and its Rx benefit are NOT INSURANCE. Use of telemedicine is strictly for non-emergency general illness.

Important Notes on Eligibility

*Timecards must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the 24th to qualify. Timecards must be worked and submitted via the ESHYFT app. Manually created or rejected timecards do not qualify. Timecards must be submitted before the cut-off date/time. Non eligible timecards include, but are not limited to, manually created timecards such as timecards created by Missed Punch Forms, or worked shifts not clocked in and out using the ESHYFT app, and Rejected or fraudulent timecards. A timecards eligibility is at the sole discretion of ESHYFT.
