How do I find shifts using the Calendar view?

The Calendar view is a visual and intuitive way that helps you quickly see what shifts are available and if those shifts align with your schedule.

You can easily access the Calendar view by logging into the Nurse App, clicking the 'SHIFTS' screen, and tapping the 'CALENDAR' tab.

In the 'CALENDAR' tab, you will see the current month reflected. You can view up to five months in advance.

For each day, you'll see:

  • Shift Status: Clearly marked days for "Available Shifts," "Confirmed Shifts," or "No Shifts Available."

  • Shift Categories: Shifts are categorized by Day, Evening, and Night for easy identification.

  • Shift Count: A quick count of how many shifts are available on a given day.

When you click on Day, Evening, or Night, you will be brought to a list of shifts in your area for that date at that time of day.

Can I sort Calendar view shifts?

You can sort these shifts by:

  1. Hourly rate: Highest to lowest

  2. Distance: Nearest to furthest

  3. Date: Soonest to latest

  4. Added: Newest to oldest

How do I book a Calendar view shift?

Just like with the List view or Map view, when you see a shift you would like to pick up, tap the shift, and click 'APPLY.' Or if the shift is an InstaSHYFT, tap the shift, and click 'BOOK.'

To learn more about shifts, please read 'How do I pick up a shift?'

What if I have multiple licenses?

If you have more than one license and/or are licensed in multiple states, the calendar will display all shifts that match any of your licenses, including those in other states.
