Restarting the app is a simple way to check the app for patches (small updates). This is different from uninstalling and reinstalling the app - it's quicker, doesn't require you to update anything in the app store, and best of all, it's effective for resolving issues you may be experiencing in the app.
What it does: It forces the app to talk to the server. Most modern apps are designed to check for patches (small updates) the moment they launch.
The Benefit: It downloads the fix in the background while keeping you logged in. You won’t lose your settings, and it’s much faster.
Instructions for restarting the app:
Open the ESHYFT app.
On your phone, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view all of your recently opened app windows. For Android, you may need to tap the "Recent Apps" button.
Swipe up on the ESHYFT app to close it.
Locate the ESHYFT app on your phone and reopen it.
