How do I set/reset my password?

Before you set or reset your password, please download the ESHYFT for Nurse app.

You can download the ESHYFT for Nurses app by following the links here:

To set or reset your password, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the ESHYFT Nurse App.

  2. Begin the sign-in process by entering the email associated with your ESHYFT account. Tap "Continue" to be taken to the Password screen.

  3. Select "Forgot password?"

  4. Request a password reset link by entering your email again and tapping "Send reset link". Please note: Password reset requests are limited to one attempt every 5 minutes.

  5. There should be an ESHYFT password reset email waiting for you in your inbox. Look for the subject line "ESHYFT password reset". If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

  6. Open the email and click "Reset my password".

  7. You will be redirected to the Reset Password page, where you will be prompted to enter a new password. Click "Submit".

  8. You will see a "Success!" screen once you have finished. From here, you can proceed to log in.
