Great question! There are three scenarios that can play out:
If you work between 1 minute and 3 hour 59 minutes you will not be asked to take a break.
If you work between 4 hours and 11 hours 59 minutes you will be given the option for 1 break.
If you work between 12 hours and 17 hours you will be given the option for 2 breaks.
