Nurses who have not completed a shift will now be automatically deactivated if they accumulate two (2) unexcused callouts or No Call No Shows (NCNS). Hitting a second strike restricts your account, preventing you from booking, applying for, or accepting invitations to any future shifts.
Who does this policy apply to?
Nurses with zero completed shifts. Once you complete your first shift, this rule no longer applies to you.
