If you would like to add additional states to your profile, you must first review available facilities in those states within the ESHYFT app.
Step 1: Open Map View
Access the Map View using the link below: Map View
Step 2: Review Available Facilities
In Map View, scroll to the states you are interested in and look for blue pins. Blue pins indicate facilities that currently have open shifts.
If a state has no blue pins, it means we do not currently have active facilities or shifts available in that state.
Step 3: Review Shifts
Click on any blue pin to view available shifts. Confirm that:
The facility has openings for your position
The pay rate meets your expectations
Step 4: Submit Your Request
After reviewing, email [email protected] with:
The specific facilities you are interested in
The state each facility is located in
The documents required for that state, which can be reviewed here
Once received, your profile will be updated accordingly.
