What if the app crashes before or during my shift?

Please obtain written approval from your facility manager if you experience any technical difficulties on the app during your shift.

Technology is tricky. If you experience any technical difficulties with the app during your shift, please still complete your scheduled shift and do the following so we can pay you for the hours worked. 

  1. Fill out the missed timecard form (see file below), and get it signed by a facility staff member to confirm you worked the shift

All missed timecards need to be submitted by 4pm on Sunday, otherwise, you risk delaying your pay if the form is submitted any later.
