How does the maximum withdrawal work?
You have the flexibility to make multiple PayOnDemand or PayCard requests during the week until you reach the maximum withdrawal limit of $1,500. Each PayOnDemand and PayCard transaction is capped at $200. So, in an active pay period, you can access a portion of your gross wages* (after taxes) or a maximum of $1,500, whichever is reached first.
How long does a pay period remain active?
PayOnDemand and the PayCard are features that allow you to request an advance on your earned wages during the pay period. You can access your earnings as soon as the hours you've worked are recorded on your timecard.
The maximum duration for an active pay period is 10 days. Our payment schedule is weekly, covering the hours worked from Sunday to Saturday. After the end of the pay period (Saturday 11:59pm) is closed and finalized, payroll is processed the following Wednesday.
*A portion of your gross wages is withheld for tax purposes.
