An account review is how we evaluate reliability across the platform over time. By focusing on patterns and overall activity, we can maintain a consistent, dependable experience for everyone.
Account Reviews
We consider the following items to determine account health when reviewing accounts.
Worked shifts
Tardiness
Callouts, and the time the callout was done
DNR's
NCNS's
Working more shifts, while minimizing negative actions will allow your account to remain active.
Callouts
We know you're here for flexible scheduling, so we've updated our callout policy to reflect that. Call out as early as possible and enjoy the freedom to control your schedule. Please see the Callout article for further details.
NCNS's
A NCNS is any confirmed shift that is not called out in the app, regardless of outside communication. A NCNS will result in removal from the platform.

DNR's
DNR's happen when a facility does not want you to return to their facility for any reason including, attendance and punctuality, clinical competency, attitude and cooperation, or simply a facility preference. Please see the DNR article for further details.
