It's easy to withdraw your application from shifts to which you applied but not been confirmed

There are times when you'll want to remove yourself from a shift to which you've applied. For example:

  • You're no longer available to work

  • A facility manager has not confirmed you for a few days

  • You applied to two shifts a few hours apart at different facilities, but the facilities are far away from each other

  • You applied to two shifts at the same or different facility, but they're one right after the other time-wise and you do not want to work a double

Follow these simple steps to withdraw from a shift:

  1. Sign in to the ESHYFT for Nurses App

  2. Go to the 'schedule' screen, which you can find near the bottom of the app

  3. Select the 'Applied' tab up top to see the shifts you've applied to

  4. You can withdraw from applied shifts in 2 ways:

    • Quick withdraw: swipe left ⬅️ on a shift

    • Withdraw: click into the shift, scroll to the bottom, and click the 'withdraw' button
