Withdrawing from a shift is different from calling out of a shift. Calling out of a shift happens when you have been confirmed for a shift with a facility. To learn how to cancel a confirmed shift, please read 'How do I cancel a shift?'
To cancel an unconfirmed shift/withdraw from a shift, follow these steps:
Go into the ESHYFT for Nurses app and select the 'SCHEDULE' tab.
At the top of the screen tap 'APPLIED, and you should see all the shifts that you have applied for, but are not confirmed for.
Select the shift you would like to withdraw from.
A message will pop up, asking you to confirm that you would like to withdraw from the shift. Select 'YES, WITHDRAW.'
That's it! You have successfully withdrawn from an unconfirmed shift.
