If you are not seeing any shifts in your area, we suggest using the Map view to see if there are any facilities nearby. Actively posting facilities will show in a blue pin on the map, while inactive facilities will show as a grey pin. Click on a facility to see what type of shifts they have posted. Once confirming there are facilities nearby, you can troubleshoot your Shifts view by selecting 'FILTERS' on the right-hand side. Scroll down to 'IGNORE DISTANCE' and toggle it on.
While you are in 'FILTERS,' we also recommend reviewing all the other filters. Please see 'How to adjust filter settings in the nurse app?' for information about the various shift filters.
When you are done adjusting the filters as necessary, select 'APPLY FILTERS' to view available shifts.
