If you are not seeing any shifts in your area, we suggest troubleshooting by going to the 'SHIFTS' page and selecting 'FILTERS' on the right-hand side. Scroll down to 'IGNORE DISTANCE' and toggle it on.

While you are in 'FILTERS,' we also recommend reviewing all the other filters. Please see 'How to adjust filter settings in the nurse app?' for information about the various shift filters.

When you are done adjusting the filters as necessary, select 'APPLY FILTERS' to view available shifts.

If you are still not seeing shifts, it is possible we may not have any facilities in your area or they may not have any available shifts at this time. You may also use the map feature to find available shifts. To learn more, read 'How do I use the map option to find available shifts?'
