If for some reason the facilities near you aren't posting shifts, you can follow these directions to request shifts:
- In the ESHYFT for Nurses app, under 'SHIFTS,' navigate to the Map View. 
- Select the gray-color facility of your choice. Gray indicates the facility is active, but doesn't have any shifts posted. 
- In the new pop up that lists the selected facility's information, click 'Notify the facility.' 
- This will generate a pre-written email that will be sent to the ESHYFT Nurse and Client Support teams. 
- From here, the ESHYFT team will contact the facility for their availability, and to inquire about shifts on your behalf.
