Before you start creating InstaSHYFTS, you must enable InstaSHYFTS from your FM web. By default, all facilities start with InstaSHYFTs disabled.
To enable, follow these directions:
In the 'SETTINGS' tab, you will find a section labeled 'InstaSHYFTs,' click it.
A new page will appear, asking you if you would like to 'Enable instant booking on shifts at your facility?'
As a reminder, InstaSHYFTs do not need to be confirmed by a facility manager. An InstaSHYFT is automatically booked/confirmed as soon as a nurse applies to it.
To enable InstaSHYFTs, select 'Yes, enable InstaSHYFTs.'
Now that you have changed the InstaSHYFT setting, please click 'SAVE UPDATES.'
A pop-up will appear, asking 'Are you sure?,' select 'CONFIRM.'
InstaSHYFTs are now enabled for your facility! You can now create InstaSHYFTs! To learn how to create InstaSHYFTs, please read, 'How to create InstaSHYFTs.'
