An InstaSHYFT is a shift that you can get booked for instantly. When you apply for an InstaSHYFT, you do not need to wait for a facility manager to confirm you, you will be instantly booked for it.
Similarly, you will be confirmed for an instaSHYFT+ as soon as you book it and do not need to wait for manual confirmation from a facility.
Okay, so what's the difference?
InstaSHYFTs+ are actually regular shifts which you see as instaSHYFTs because the facility selected certain nurses to be automatically confirmed for that shift.
Unlike with InstaSHYFTs, we do NOT require a callout rate below 15% to book an InstaSHYFT+. Because the facility has selected a group of nurses, we ignore the nurse's callout rate for InstaSHYFT+. This means you can instantly book InstaSHYFT+ regardless of your callout rate.
Which nurses can see instaSHYFTs+?
You will see an InstaSHYFT+ if you're a nurses who is Trusted at that facility, if you previously worked at that facility, or, the facility can also select that all nurses are auto-confirmed, which essentially makes it an instaSHYFT.
How can I see more InstaSHYFTs+?
Trusted nurses are the default group of nurses selected for auto-confirmation on regular shifts. So we encourage you to do your best when working at a facility so they mark you as a Trusted nurse at their facility.
