To clock into a shift, you will need to be at the facility. Due to the geolocation technology we use, you will not be able to clock in unless you are within a certain distance of the facility.

If you are at the facility, but experiencing trouble clocking in, it could be due to the app having trouble finding your location.

Try connecting to the facility's Wi-Fi. This will greatly improve your device's location accuracy and should help you clock into your shift.

If that doesn't work, we have some suggestions based on your phone's operating system:

Find your current location on the map

  1. On your phone, open the Google Maps app.

  2. There should be a blue dot on the map, indicating your current location. If there isn’t a blue dot, at the bottom right, tap the Your Location icon .

  3. Now, try logging into the app.

If that doesn't work, try turning on high accuracy mode.
