These facilities have scanning devices for clocking in and out of shifts, with a simplified process for ESHYFT Nurses

Please note! We recommend signing onto the facility's Wifi network to avoid any delays due to poor signal.

Clocking in

  1. When you start your clock-in, the ESHYFT app will display the location of the scanning device and a QR code.

  2. Place the phone in front of the scanner to scan the code. You should hear a "beep" from the device, confirming that the code was scanned successfully.

  3. The ESHYFT app will show you a success message and automatically clock you into your shift.

  4. That's it! You can start your shift.

Clocking out

  1. Start your clock out on your mobile app like you usually would and press “Clock out”

  2. The ESHYFT app will display the location of the device and a QR code.

  3. Present the code to the scanner/camera located on the device. You should hear a "beep" from the device, confirming that the code was scanned successfully.

  4. After a few seconds, you will see a success message and be able to submit your timecard.

That’s it! With one quick scan, you clocked in and out of both ESHYFT and the Facility timeclocks!
