How do I clock in and out of Touchpoint Kiosks?

ESHYFT has partnered with Touchpoint to allow Nurses to easily clock in and out of both ESHYFT and facility timeclock systems at once.

The following facilities are participating in our exclusive pilot program, with more to join shortly:

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Berkeley Heights

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Hill (Coming soon!)

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Loch Raven

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oceanview (Coming soon!)

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Old Bridge

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Overlea

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Salem County

  • Autumn Lake Healthcare at Southgate

These facilities have Touchpoint Kiosks for clocking in and out of shifts, with a special process for ESHYFT Nurses

Please note! We recommend signing onto the facility's Wifi network to avoid any delays due to poor signal.

Clocking in

  1. When you start your clock-in, the ESHYFT app will display the location of the kiosk and a QR code.


  2. Place the phone underneath the kiosk to scan the code.

  3. The ESHYFT app will show you a success message and automatically clock you into your shift.

  4. That's it! You can start your shift.

Clocking out

  1. Start your clock out on your mobile app like you usually would and press “Clock out”


  2. The ESHYFT app will display the location of the kiosk and a QR code.


  3. Present the code to the scanner located underneath the kiosk.


  4. After a few seconds, you will see a success message and be able to submit your timecard.


That’s it! With one quick scan, you clocked in and out of both ESHYFT and the Facility timeclocks!
