Please review the Callouts can no longer be removed or excused

What is a callout?

A callout happens when:

  1. You apply for or book a shift

  2. You get confirmed for a shift

  3. You call out of the confirmed shift

If you are still in the applied stage, you can simply withdraw from the shift.
Please see How do I withdraw from a shift? for instructions.

If you cannot make it to your confirmed shift, simply callout from the shift on your app. Please see How do I call out of a confirmed shift? for instructions.

Can Callouts be removed or expired?

No, callouts cannot be removed or excused, but they will expire 1 year after submitting the callout.

Please note, once an account is deactivated for callouts, a callout expiring will not reactivate the account.

Types of Callouts: Regular, Short Notice, and Super Short Notice

Regular Callouts

4 hours or more before shift start time

A callout is considered a Regular Callout if you call out more than 4 hours before a shift’s start time.

There is no cut off limit for Regular Callouts.

Short Notice Callouts

Between 2 & 4 hours before shift start time

A callout is considered short notice if you request the callout between 2 - 4 hours before shift start time.

Limit: If you have 5 Short Notice Callouts your account will be deactivated.

Less than 2 hours before shift start time

A callout is considered Super Short notice if you request the callout between 0 - 2 hours before shift start time.
