Sometimes, for one reason or another, a Facility Manager will cancel a nurse or aide offline. In the event of this, please ask the Facility Manager to cancel your shift through the app as well.

If a Facility Manager cancels your shift within two hours of the start time, you will receive two hours of pay at the hourly rate of the canceled shift.
